These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player") and 8upb ("we", "us", "the Company") governing your access to and use of the 8upb platform, available at 8upb.io, including all associated services, features, content, games, and payment facilities offered through the platform.

By accessing the 8upb website, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing a wager of any kind, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. To access the full range of 8upb services, you are required to register a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. Any account created using false, misleading, or fabricated information may be suspended or permanently closed without notice and without obligation to return any deposited funds.

Each individual may hold only one (1) account on the 8upb platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed. Any balances or winnings held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

Upon registration, you will be asked to provide, at a minimum:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued identity document
• Your date of birth
• A valid email address accessible only by you
• A mobile number registered in your name (used for SMS verification and two-factor authentication)
• A chosen username and a secure password of at least eight characters

8upb reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any unusual account activity. Verification may require submission of a national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or other government-issued document, as well as proof of address and proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 8upb account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 8upb will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password purportedly from 8upb should be treated as fraudulent.

You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and update it regularly
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is strongly recommended and available to all 8upb account holders
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device
• Notify 8upb immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account
• Not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances

8upb shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. If unauthorised access occurs as a result of your negligence in safeguarding your credentials, 8upb accepts no responsibility for any consequential financial losses.

8upb monitors all accounts continuously for signs of suspicious activity. Where suspicious or anomalous behaviour is detected, 8upb reserves the right to temporarily lock the affected account and require additional verification before restoring access. This is a protective measure intended to safeguard the account holder's funds and personal data.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8upb platform. Engaging in any of the following will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account; providing false identity documents during KYC verification; or engaging in any form of payment fraud.
• Money laundering: Using 8upb as a vehicle for laundering funds derived from illegal or criminal activity. All accounts are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) checks. 8upb complies with applicable AML regulations and will report suspicious transactions as required.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hand or card information in live casino games, coordinating bets across multiple accounts, or engaging in any form of chip dumping.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, technical malfunctions, or display glitches to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from known errors may be voided at 8upb's discretion.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software tool to place bets, access the platform, or interact with games on your behalf. All gameplay on 8upb must be conducted manually by the registered account holder.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses or other promotions more than once; structuring deposits and withdrawals specifically to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent; or any other form of systematic bonus exploitation.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to access areas of the 8upb platform for which you do not have authorisation; attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the platform's software or infrastructure; or launching denial-of-service attacks against 8upb systems.

Deposits: 8upb accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, USDT, and Bitcoin. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) or the equivalent cryptocurrency value at the time of the transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. Deposit processing times vary by method but are typically completed within 60 seconds for mobile money transactions and within one to three blockchain confirmations for cryptocurrency deposits.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit into the same 8upb account. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure funds are returned to their source. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Unverified accounts will not have withdrawal access until all required documents have been submitted and approved.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• USDT / Bitcoin: Processed within 1–6 hours following blockchain confirmation requirements
• Visa / Mastercard: Typically 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank

Currency: All account balances on 8upb are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless the account is operating in cryptocurrency mode, in which case the balance is displayed in the relevant crypto asset. Where currency conversion is required, the exchange rate applied will be the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction, plus any applicable conversion fee which will be displayed clearly before the transaction is confirmed.

8upb reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers an AML review threshold. Players are encouraged to maintain up-to-date identity documentation on their account to avoid delays.

8upb offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between the specific offer terms and these general terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all 8upb bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual offer:

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the offer terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses credited to your account will expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the time period stated in the offer. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the account.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only valid once it has been accepted by the 8upb system and a confirmation reference has been generated. Bets pending confirmation at the time of a technical failure are void.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per game. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may vary between products. 8upb reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.

• Live betting: Bets placed on live in-play markets are subject to acceptance at the price displayed at the moment of confirmation. Due to the nature of live markets, prices may change between selection and confirmation. The price at confirmation is the price that will apply to the bet.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 8upb platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, broadcast, or transmit any 8upb content without prior written consent
• Use 8upb's trademarks, logos, or brand assets for any commercial purpose
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any part of the 8upb platform
• Create derivative works based on any 8upb content or software
• Frame or mirror any portion of the 8upb platform on another website or platform

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used by 8upb under licence. Use of those games is subject to both these Terms and the applicable studio's end-user terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8upb, its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 8upb platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to account compromise resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security
• Interruptions to service caused by technical failures, maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events
• Losses arising from the suspension or termination of your account in accordance with these Terms
• Inaccuracies in live sports data feeds or delays in the updating of live market prices
• Actions taken by payment processors, banks, or mobile money providers in connection with transactions on your account

8upb's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their 8upb account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. You may close your 8upb account by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closing your account, you must withdraw any remaining balance. 8upb will process such a withdrawal in accordance with the standard withdrawal terms set out in Section 6.

8upb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The account holder is found to have breached any provision of these Terms
• The account holder fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested to do so
• The account is suspected of being involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct
• The account holder is found to be under the age of 21
• Continuing to maintain the account would place 8upb in breach of any applicable law or regulatory obligation
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more

Where an account is closed by 8upb due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method. Where a breach is confirmed, funds may be forfeited in accordance with the specific terms applicable to that breach.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 8upb operates.

8upb operates as a safe and reliable online betting platform serving players in Bangladesh. In the event of a dispute between a player and 8upb that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal remedy.

For any dispute, the initial step must be to contact our support team in writing at [email protected], clearly setting out the nature of the dispute, the outcome sought, and any relevant evidence. 8upb commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and to providing a substantive response within 10 business days.

Where changes are material — meaning they meaningfully affect your rights or obligations as a player — 8upb will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the 8upb platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact our support team to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.
